Hello!

Here are some things to know before arriving for your first appointment.

▪︎New patient? The clinic is located on the right or east side of the property - down the walkway through the wooden gate. Please park in the space provided or on the road, not in the driveway. There is space for bikes behind the gate. Please note: There is a set of stairs that you will have to transverse to access the clinic space. Sorry for the inconvenience.

▪**Rate changes will be in effect on October 1st, 2023: 30 min- $75 45 min- $100 60 min- $125 90 min- $175 **

▪Reschedule if you, or someone in your household (kids, spouse, roommates) is unwell, or has been unwell in the last 14 days.

▪︎I’m not accepting new patients with open ICBC or WCB claims.

▪︎Masks are now optional. If you would like to wear a mask, I will wear a mask.

▪This is a home-based practice, so please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

▪My housemates, Duncan and Siona (Ragdoll cats) may be watching you from the 2nd floor as you walk in. They are never allowed access to the treatment space, but please let me know if you have an allergy and I’ll be sure to make things as clean as possible for you.

▪You may cancel your appointment at no charge and for any reason up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee for the full amount will apply. The fee will not apply if you are cancelling because you are unwell. Last minute cancellations are a consistent challenge for a small business like this, so I appreciate your efforts to avoid canceling your appointment with short notice. If you need to contact me because you’re running late, or need to cancel, please email me at stefanie@sgrmt.ca.

She believes health care is collaborative; together, you can work with her to identify both immediate and long term health care goals.

When outside of the clinic, Stefanie enjoys cycling, painting, gardening, weight training, tennis and exploring everything this province has to offer. With a passion for food, Stefanie believes in the importance of eating whole foods and practicing good nutrition. Stefanie continues to grow as a therapist by attending professional courses, seminars, and learning new treatment techniques.
